Ive been working out in the weight room everyday sense i was a freshman, and i became a leader in there mid sophomore year. meaning its up to ppl like me to show everybody else how things are "properly and safley" done. So neway, yesterday coach put me incharge of the whole 4th period sophomore class, when they came for the first time to "work out". So i get up there and i go over all the essentials needed for a workout, and i show them how to bench, squat, power clean, military press, bar dip, dead lift etc... i go over the safty precautions for the machines, as i showed them how to use all the damn machines, it was cool.
The main part of the whole thing was u have to set a goal for urself. i told them u have to be willing to work to reach a certain weight u wanna lift. I have a goal for 300 by june in the bench, and 400 by june on the squat. im not far off for both of them... its not gunna come w/out work tho. i told them to use that strategy, so it was kinda cool i guess.
