After two weeks of me stalling, I finally fixed the bleed for the bookmark I wanted to print and told them to send it to press.
The interesting thing- because I took so long, they assumed I was unhappy with them, and sent me a 15% coupon for the next order. Thanks, PrintPlace, but I was just lazy.
Amazing customer service. Maybe. I wish I'd seen their bleed advisory before formatting all bookmarks. I won't give them a total thumbs up until my bookmarks are in my slimy soiled hands.
And now, I SLEEP.
