Parting is such sweet sorrow....
hi all.
i just got back from orange county, i went to my grandmas funeral, i was thinking death is a scary thing, not the actual act of dying but losing someone you love and seeing your family be in pain. i dont know what i'll do when i have to go through this again. i hate it. but i am glad she is happy now in heaven, she'll be singing with the angels. i miss her dearly and this is my tribute to her.
Gone but not forgotten
a precious one from us has gone
a voice we loved is stilled
a place is vacant in our home
which can never be filled
god in his wisdom has recalled
the boon he love has given
and though the body slumbers here
the soul is safe in heaven
