okay so about this whole Gay Straight Alliance at our school..
i personally love the idea of it.
i realized today at school how ignorant and unknowing a lot of people are by insulting homosexuality after seeing the GSA signs posted around.
im, without hesitation, joining.
it shouldnt matter whether someone else is homosexual, bisexual, straight, whatever. i couldnt believe how some people acted upon seeing the signs. i have friends who arent straight and besides their preferences they arent any different then anyone else.
i just wish that people wouldnt be so close minded to it. if you dont like the idea of it you dont have to go around telling people how disgusting it is or how its dumb.
i think that if you dont give other people a chance just because "you've heard they're gay" then you may be missing out on some amazing people.
im not telling you to give up your beliefs if you are against it, just dont judge something with no knowlege whatsoever on it.

Gay Straight Alliance meeting friday, january 14th in room 119, just think about it atleast.

chelsea explained it to me as: "a program coming to Scarborough to make homosexuality less of a feared subject, and also a more accepted way of life"

dont think im forcing beliefs on you. im not. its just what i believe in.
