...Well, first the good news: James Marsters is returning to Smallville this season!
Now the bad... apparently James Wong is directing a live action Dragonball movie to be released in August '08. I know this because upon seeing Marsters' reprise in Smallville, I also saw that he is slated to play Piccolo.
