How is it possible for an employee who has been working here for like 3-4 months and screw up the closing procedure? I can't believe this person put the machine on wash instead of stand by the whole night. What does this do to the yogurt you ask? Well just imagine leaving a carton of milk out on the counter over night...yeah...so me and my opener had to make 16 new yogurt for all 8 machines.
