its so wrong it makes me disappointed

I just learned that this waiter is working all day (yes like me) but he is getting paid a salary that is half of what I get... Which is so fucking wrong cause not only is he getting paid half of what I make he also gets two (2) days off which I get none and I manage two places and work all day...

Is it just me or is that wrong? No one seems to think nothing of it... They think that its fair...
