This week has been terrible for me. I had two employees give me their notice so I was down to two people. How the hell can I function a business with 2 freaking employees?
Well luckily an old one who left cause of school wants to come back so I hired her once again. The good thing about that is that I wont have to train her since she already knows what to do and everyting!!!! I just need to show her one thing and maybe refreshen her memory on the register. But I have a few interviews lined up so hopefully I will be able to find some other good employees.
But I have to say I am amazed how people are constantly checking craigslist... I mean I posted my ad like at 5:45 today and I already got a hug response (not saying it is a bad thing) but its crazy!!!! people must be refreshing the page like crazy!!!
