Help Wanted?
Ummm I think I might be out of a job soon. My boss (a.k.a the mother) are butting heads. Mostly it is just her overreacting to something... something that she will not give me or my employees a chance to get to. It just makes me mad that she thinks we are not cleaning when that is not the case at all... I mean she is hardly there as it is... yeah she stops by once and awhile but she doesnt spend time there like I do.
Not only that but she expects me to do everything at once... sorry lady but I don't have two heads or a thousand arms.
I worked all day on this cute flier (well the front of it at least) and she doesnt like it. She wants me to take out the store name (which I think beats the whole purposs of making a flier) and just put "Frozen Yogurt." Answer me this: how are people going to know its Tutti Frutti without the store name on it. And now she wants to offer free delivery to parties and whatnot. She is getting out of control here. She says that I dont know anything about running a business and that may be true but I know when one is getting carried away.
If she fires me I would love to see her do the things that I do... order inventory, make the schedules, and actually help out the employees and not just let them do all the work.
