So, for some reason Rachael and I caught "Three Moons over Milford" last night on ABC Family, which I think is the first thing that I have ever "caught" on ABC Family that doesn't make me feel like I've got the HIV, especially since I usually try to stay away from ABC Family like the plague.
This show is kinda like what would happen if you crossed Twin Peaks with Gilmore Girls and then threw in a weird dash of Sci-Fi. Somehow the moon in this world has broken into three pieces and parts of it come crashing down all the time, and they expect the rest of the huge pieces to come raining down in 10 to 20 years. This of course drives the characters in the world to make huge life changes and "live for the day".
Now, the show was horrible, the acting was horrible and I'm positive that it will without a doubt fail unless ABC Family really gets behind it like they have Kyle XY, but it was interesting to see a show with such a weird premise actually get ordered for 8 episodes.
