Since I had the problems with my DVD Burner, which you might remember I was able to fix myself, I've gotten no fewer than 10 responses (some on the phone, some through e-mail) from either DELL, people associated with DELL, or DELL "customer assistants" asking how everything went.
Now, I know you've got a rep to save, but this is just a little overboard. Everything's working fine now, I've said that everytime you call. As a matter of fact it was working fine before you sent your tech out to fix everything. So, thanks, but lets end this relationship right now... until I need you again.
