detox is going fair shit. as far as cutting back and showing restraint - :-D but as far as cold turkey NO DRINKING goes... shit :-( i had 2 glasses of champagne at russell sisters. and i dunno bout limelight. and then jager at tannin. and if i have to type this out everytime then hopefully i'll learn not to do it. oh, and i smoked a fair bit too i think.
