How many times is mtv going to show the So You Think You Can Dance finale? Honesty wtf. It's been on at least 4 times. It was good the first time....last summer. Ugh.
So this no-school business has gone by rather quickly. I had such high hopes to read some of mah books that I haven't read....but I couldn't muster up enough strength to lift the box that was on top of my book-box. So I've been watching SYTYCD finale instead. I really hate Cat Deeley. Git.
Semester 2 better be good. Or I will be mad. And stressed. Hopefully I'm still half-good at social science type classes. *frets*
Only 3 more driving lessons to go! Yay. I'm liking mah instructor less and less. He's constantly changing his schedule and completely screwing with my mind. And I always get the feeling that he's mad/disappointed with me, but then at the end of the lesson he's always like, "Very good! You're much better!" So again with the screwing with my head. Today was terrifying because most of the lesson was on main roads like Woodroffe and Greenbank, and speed is bad. So are lane changes. On the plus side, I'm now getting straight B+'s! Yay. Straight D's was really depressing... The fact that I only have 3 hours of instruction left is actually rather scary because I really don't think I'll be good enough to get in a car with someone who's not being paid to sit in a deathmobile, let alone my terrified mother.
I watched Miami Ink last night!! It was awesome. Have I mentioned I'm completely in love with Ami? They're all pretty awesome.
So braces make me look like a tool. At least they're the clear kind. But they're still painful. And weird. And unwanted. And the orthodontist definitely doesn't warn you that brushing your teeth will hurt like a mofu (naha Julie). Oh well only 18 more months. "Well it's official. He's had his hands in both our mouths." <-- haha Allie. But seriousment, is Dr. Rorke the only orthodontist in Barrhaven? He's also had his hands in Merry's, Jiaqi's, and Mr. Lister's son's mouth.
Does the music video for "Hurt" make anyone else cry like mad? Anyone?
Burned my tongue on hot chocolate today. I am thicker than a post. Every single time. You'd think I'd learn that it will be HOT. Every time.
OMG Kevin from KITH was on Arrested Development!!!!! It was pure madness! My two TV loves combined into one perfect show! Mmmmm.
Ew school. I'm pretty scared about my exam marks. And my final marks in general. Especially chemistry. I'm embarassed that Mr. Butler will think I'm retarded. Or maybe I should say have his suspicions confirmed :P Maybe I really should have paid more attention instead of making fun of people with Jake.....
I was inadvertently insulted yesterday. The security system man was over again (he had to secure our windows or something...the same guy who stayed for a few hours last time he came...the poor guy's in love with my fox of a mother...unfortch non-genetic) and he was talking about how the "bikers in fruity little suits" make him mad. My mom started to laugh and I was like, "Hey! I'm one of those guys in fruity little suits! And every year on my bike-a-thon I have a whole pack of fruity little suited friends!" and aha it was actually pretty amusing. Because you know what it's true. Spandex outfits will always be fruity.
I caught Phyllis doing something horrifying today. I was talking on the phone with my dad when I noticed that she was attempting to use the water cooler. You know the little tap things on water coolers from whence the water emerges? She was licking those. Getting her tongue all up in them. I drink water that comes out of those things! Cats are clean but their tongues aren't. They lick their bums. They lick their siblings' bums. They lick dirty shoes. FEH. And the worst part (well not the worst, but another part...) is that the cats' waterdish is literally RIGHT NEXT to the water cooler. And it even LOOKS like a water cooler. It's a bowl-type thing with a mini-cooler thing on top for comedic effect. Cats can be so ridiculous. And then Maya was drinking out of the toilet. That's what dogs do. Geez. Why are mah kittehs so desperate for water other than their own?
I have decided I must watch Snakes on a Plane.
And on that note, I'm off. Wait one more thing. Ben is a really hot name. Now I'm off.
