Pirate LIMS - Challenge Eight Voting

Everyone got their entries in early, so it's time to vote! Voting is different this time, so PLEASE read carefully!

VOTING RULES

VOTING PART ONE
+ Comment to this post with your vote for the ONE (1) WORST icon. With this ONE vote, you MUST provide a reason to why you have voted for it. If you do not, your vote WILL NOT be counted.
+ You vote for the worst (or lesser quality) icons. Vote according to the quality of the icons, not the style you like the least. Rude/mean comments will not be counted.
+ After you vote for the ONE lesser quality icon, you'll be voting for your ONE FAVORITE ICON. You don't have to give a reason, although you can if you like. JUST CHOOSE ONE FAVORITE.

VOTING PART TWO
+ Vote for ONE (1) FAVORITE header. You do not need to provide a reason unless you want to.

VOTING TALLY
+ Votes for icons will determine who is eliminated from the competition this week.
+ Votes for favorite header will determine which header will be used in the community layout.
+ Votes for favorite header will also be added to the icon votes in the following manner:
--- Header First Place: +3 icon votes
--- Header Second Place: +2 icon votes
--- Header Third Place: +1 icon votes

+ Voting will last until SUNDAY. You do not need to be a participant to vote. Anonymous votes will be ignored.
