• No blends.
• You can ONLY use these caps. No others.
• Icons should meet LJ Standards (no larger than 100x100 or 40kb)
• Brushes, textures, stock images (no people) are allowed.
• Do not post your entries anywhere until the voting is over and results announced.
• NO BYE WEEKS will be accepted.
• Entries are due Friday, February 9th @ MIDNIGHT EST.
