What do you do at Disneyland? AKA...nuthouse!

So I went to Disneyland today. It was CRAZY.. but what do you expect? It's summer. Plus I didn't care.. I get in free so it doesn't matter.

Well I checked out the Nemo ride..and as expected a 2 hour wait. So went to Toontown to check out my costume.. got a fast pass for Roger Rabbit and wandered down to Critter Country where I jumped in the single rider line and got on in less than 10 mins..instead of waiting 80. HA! suckers.. That was loads of fun.. Wandered back up to Toontown to ride Roger Rabbit.. Then I got hungry so I went and got food at the yummy place in Frontierland..the name slips my mind. Dude, they give you A LOT of food.. I ordered chicken strips.. and well you get 4 good sized pieces and a bunch of fries.. so if you want to get your $8 worth of food go there. So thinking "hey I want to see Fantasmic tonight" I took my leftovers and made my way infront of Tom Sawyer's Island to get myself a good seat for the show, since I haven't seen it in atleast like 3 years. I looked at my phone and realized that it was only like 6:30 and the show is at 9:30....oh well I would be standing in a line for a ride that was atleast a half hour to an hour considering Pirates was closed and for I swear the first time the Haunted Mansion had a line longer than 5 mins.. ha ha. So I sat down and nibbled on fries and played Solitare with my Pirates of the Caribbean cards. After like an hour and a half maybe two of sitting and doing NOTHING..I felt I needed hot chocolate in a cool Pirates mug so I kindly asked the people sitting behind me to watch my seat so I could get some. They said, "of course no problem!" so I went over to the nifty booth down by the Hautned Mansion and got my coffee... now I say coffee because the cast member said, "I think we can only put coffee in those mugs.." and I said, "i got hot chocolate in it last time!" and she replied "well I did it once and i think I got yelled at...so I'm sorry." and I, who really didnt care just took coffee and watched the other cast member fill it up to like almost the rim.. I took my coffee to the side where all the sugar and creamers were and began to sweeten the bitterness... I looked up at the price sign and noticed underneath the sovenier mug price in ---> (...) read: "Coffee or Hot Cocoa with purchase of mug"... I pointed this out to the cast memeber who walked around and apologized and offered me hot chocolate but I took the coffee cuz I would have felt bad to waste it even though it's just coffee. During this madness I was talking to another cast member who mentioned that there is a 10:30 Fantasmic and if I wanted to watch the fireworks doing that would be a better and less getting trampled idea. So like 20 minutes later after I had sweetened it up and splashed it all over myself thanks to the cast member who filled my mug I wandered back to my spot to let the people watching it know that I was leaving and that they could give my spot up and found that they had left... THANKS guys.. Good thing I wasn't coming back to stay. Bastards..

SO I wandered over to Tomorrowland to eye the Nemo line and heard LOUD music.. I found a group labeled "Sandbox" singing popular songs such as "One Way Or Another", "Our Lips Are Sealed" and "Sk8tr Boi". Pretty entertaining. As I was listening I noticed the line for Nemo was still (as expected) LONG. So I turned around and decided to go to find a good fireworks spot. I went over to Main Street and sat down on the curb near the "hub". I started talking to this group to my left who were from Washington. Great family. I decided to start an enevitable movement by anchoring myself in the middle of the street next to the Grandmother of this family. We all sat down and I let Rachel, the adorable 4 year old watch Finding Nemo on my iPod as we waited for the show to start.
Fireworks ROCKED as usual. Except no Tinkerbell.. too windy I guess.

SO after the fireworks I herded my way through Frontierland into New Orleans Square and weezled myself against a trash can in a very good viewing spot just left of the center. I sat next to a family whose boy had decided that he was going to stay ALL day from open to midnight and was sleeping so sound you would think he was dead. His mother was trying her hardest to wake him up and figured that the loud noises of the show would wake him. The show was amazing as expected and I was happy to have seen it after sooo long. And yes the boy woke up. :)

Afterwards I somehow made my way onto Pirates so I could go on that before I headed home. Very nice ride as usual. LOVE it.

Made the mile walk to the trams and then the HIKE to my car which was on the 5th floor, 7th row, and a good walk back... This parking structure is the 2nd largest in the world.. the parking structure at Disney World beats this one by 3 parking spaces. HA!

I think it was a very eventful day.

Now what I'll do today??? I dunno.
