New Year
So this is my first post of the new year. I never know what to write. Today I worked with the horse vet. We didn't have too much to do since she had a doctor's appointment at 12:30 p.m. So, we started with floating a horse's teeth at 9 a.m. We were there FOREVER because the owner of the horse would not shut up. Her mouth kept going and going. I wanted to smack her. My boss was making silly painful faces at me when the woman wasn't looking. LOL.
After that, we had to X-ray a horse's withers to make sure they weren't broken. This horse has had a sore on his back for a long time and the owner is just now doing something about it. After we were done with that, my boss took me back to her house so that I could get my car since it was 12:30. From there I went to the animal hospital to drop off my 2-weeks notice. I am beyond done working there. The office manager has not scheduled me to work for 2 weeks. It's a good thing I have the other job or I would be screwed.
Upon leaving the animal hospital, I called Amy to see what she was up to on her lunch break. Since I had nothing else to do I went and found her eating alone at an Arabic place. We hung out until I took her back to work at 2 and then I went into P.V. to go ride Merlin. Merlin is a horse that I ride because his owner just had surgery on her leg. He is a cute horse.
After riding, I went to my stables and took care of my herd. I picked up the stalls, put blankets on, and fed them for the night. I love my horseys even if I do spend all my time taking care of them. And now I am at home. I have been cleaning my bathroom and am working at clearing out my room. It's going to be hard work, but I must do it before I shoot my grandma.
