Brief update
The road to hell...
So, it looks like it was 12 weeks (and then some) since I last updated my LJ. In fact, during part of that time I even forgot this damn website existed.
Apologies for that, my friends. And thanks for posting yesterday and reassuring me that some people remember LJ. I have to admit that a lot of you on my friends list don't post too much these days, which in turn makes me less reluctant to post. This is probably a vicious circle, and I'm sure I've read the same sentiment in quite a few of your entries.
So here is a brief update of since my last proper visit here, then I'll have a pop at being more frequent. Good intentions, eh?
Since my last post I have done the following:
1. Got through the first six month probation period of my new job (more on that next post).
2. Been to the Sonisphere festival in Knebworth.
3. Been on holiday to Majorca.
4. Had a birthday.
5. Been on general fitness kicks, before burning out, repeat ad nauseum.
6. Spent lots of quality time with my family.
7. Not had nearly enough sleep.
8. Dave and Susie's wedding!
9. New company car.
Hopfully I'll expand on more of those topics later in the week as I (hopefully) update in a retrospective fashion.
Oh yeah, and I've done my Christmas shopping and wrapped it. Ain't I a scumbag?
