The last few days have been really nice. Anne got here on Wednesday afternoon, and it has been so lovely having her around. She's even threatening to move to Eugene in a few years, and I am so excited about the prospect of living in the same city with her (hell, the same state or even the same timezone would be nice!). That would be the greatest thing ever.
We did a nice tour of Eugene on Wednesday afternoon, and then had dinner at McMenamin's happy hour (hell yeah, a burger with fries for $3.30!), and then watched The Great Escape on thetathrees's recommendation, which we all liked a lot.
Yesterday, Anne and I took Otto for a walk and then went back to the house, where we found Sean and eliaswake getting ready for our chase away the darkness/winter/holiday party, which was a ton of fun. I completely forgot to take pictures*, so Elias, you have to post yours to Flickr!
Today Anne and I are going to Holiday Market, and I'm not sure what else. Whatever it is we do, I'm just excited to do it with her!
*I forgot to take my Wednesday picture of Otto, and then forgot to take pictures yesterday, too. These are going to be the latest Wednesday pix ever.
