School
So it was the first day of Fall semester today. Not too bad actually. Really really busy, but not bad. I had three classes and work.
Chemistry was first. I have this awesome lady from Mexico who is post doctorate and working on this awesome project that she told us about that involves researching how the brain reacts during strokes and stuff. I wanted her to talk more about that than chemistry. But who knows, I may end up enjoying chemistry, I really didn't know what to expect, so it seems interesting. I took the pre test and I was like, what the hell is a mole? Heh, oh well.
Then I raced down the hill to my pre calc class. Seems so far like it might not be too bad. We reviewed stuff today, and I remembered most of it. The prof seems incredibly nice too. I told her about my math anxiety and she was totally understanding.
I had lunch for a half hour, then tried to catch the shuttle up the hill to Nat Sci again and I ended up waiting a half hour. They can't coordinate their breaks properly, so they were way late and I ended up late my Sed. Strat. class. Oh well. The prof. seems nice and was telling John and I how Kevin (previous suck ass geology prof.) would ask him for advise on grading and stuff. Kind of funny. I still have this fear that he's going to show up at my paleo. class tomorrow.
Then I got back at 3:30, hung out for a few and went to work until about 6:00. Crazy day. But tomorrow I just have Paleo. in the morning and math right after until 11:30, and then I'm done until 1:00 when I go to work. I will work normally on fridays until 6:00, but my boss is out of the office tomorrow, so I'll just work until I don't really have anything else left to do.
And then!!! THREE DAY WEEKEND! Score. I'm gonna go to Gulliver's again, maybe even buy the next in the series of the books I'm reading. Might take a while to get through the one I'm on since school is starting, but it's all good. Bout it for now.
