So now that we have the official VividCon schedule for 2008, I have been obsessing over which panels and vidshows to go to, and about every 10 minutes I completely re-plan my con experience - and of course, when I am actually at VVC I will wind up changing my plans on the spur of the moment about half the time, so all the overanalyzation of the ( Read more... )

I'm going to mostly panels although I could never miss any Premieres show or Joy. I reeeeeeally want to go to Hip Hop Music but Vid Review is too interesting for me. Most excited about? The people and the new vids most definitely. And dancing at Club Vivid! And karaoke...gah everything about VVC is wonderful. No vids, may possibly sing something if I really want to do anything. Probably two glowsticks bracelets, maybe a necklace. I just look forward to flying to Chicago, being around so much vid love and fandom squee and just relaxing and having fun.

I'll probably be doing mostly panels, as usual. Except for Premieres, when I will be quietly freaking out because I have a vid in the show, whee!

As for karaoke... I want to do "Moons of Jupiter," but I need somebody to do the harmonies. Ahem. (I was going to ask you about "Goody Two Shoes," but I think the opening instrumental might be too long, dammit. Maybe Ian would let us do it if I promised to twirl you for the first thirty seconds?)

Oh! Oh oh! I will TOTALLY do harmonies on "Moons of Jupiter" with you! Yay!! \o/ (I would also/instead sing "Goody Two Shoes" with you if Ian okays it. Whichever you prefer. And we can twirl/tip our hats/open doors/jump out of windows during the instrumental parts!)

AWESOME. I have commented on the karaoke sign up post, listing "Goody Two Shoes" as our #1 pick, with "Moons of Jupiter" as backup if Ian decrees that GTS has too much instrumental stuff.

I love seeing what other people are doing for these; I should do one for me, too. I'm leaning towards mostly panels and my vidshow decisions are going to be based on what vids are actually showing.

I am most excited about the hugging, really. And the late-night chats. And cheese fries all weekend. Hee.
