Though then England must have a lot of slaves as you like to call them. We've been taught that England has territories all over the world.

Yes he is. hongkingkong He said he used to be a territory of England's but now he was one of China's. I told him he could just seek refuge with Whitebeard, he'd never stand for that. But he didn't see how it was any different from parents. Really worrisome kid.

I'm not sure if you mean territories like Whitebeard has area that is his turf or if you mean like Hong Kong. People shouldn't be territories. :(

So Hong Kong the person is a state but used to be a territory. Doesn't that make him just a slave that worked his way up? And England his slaver?
