Ooooooh man, so I spent seven hours at the ER yesterday waiting to see a doctor about a UTI. Now I have these fun pills that make my tears orange. No lie. I'll see if I can make myself cry this week so I can take pictures. It's slightly hilarious. I'm also sorta behind on my work at the moment, but I got out of class a whole hell of a lot earlier than I thought I would, so I'm gonna go nab some lunch and then go back to writing songs. Yeah, I legit have to write songs for class.
In other news, everyone cross their fingers that the editors at the Farmington Flyer liked my photos. If they do, the paper will run a spread. They asked for the photos to do the spread in addition to my normal photo assignment, so I took extra-intense-special-time when I went out to take pictures and got some real winners. Wish my camera was better, though, as some of the best shots are ultimately not as good as they could be due to the quality of photos my camera takes. There's a used Nikon for sale out in Orono, but I absolutely do not have the five hundred bucks for it. :/ But, yeah, the Flyer is going to be running my photos all this semester. WIN!
My mum's coming up this weekend, and so's my brother. Hm. And then, the weekend after that, it's King Richard's Faire with the LACers! ^_^ I'm really excited for that, though I'm not crashing at the hotel with everyone else, I'm going home to RI. I should get home around ten or so with Michaela and Kyle in tow since we sorta can't get vans for the trip and are using private cars. I should get some awesome pictures from that.
