Oh bother, a rather uneventful day it was. But I feel like updating all the same.
I have two hundred plus for Anime Boston -- which is constantly on my brain. Obsessive and disgusting. At least I have some literature to focus on. Currently reading Dragons of the Winter Night ( something like that ) and The Vampire Lestat. In the meantime, I've lent Rocky the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Gslaxy. This means she has to like Marvin because I like Raistlin. Minimum requirement is feeling bad for Arthur, poor bloke.
I wouldn't mind having a Babel Fish or the Heart of Gold. Or a nice, sturdy towel and a Guide. It would be pretty cool to rough it and slum it across the width and breadth of the Galaxy. You sass that hoopy Ford Prefect? Now there's a frood who really knows where his towel is. ( sass: know, be aware of, have sex with; hoopy: really together guy; frood: really, amazingly together guy ) READ THEM.
Might get some work out at Blue Meade or Delante Stables this summer. That's my real work possibilities seeing as that's what I know how to do and do it well -- yes, this includes scooping poop before anyone asks. I really wouldn't mind though ( especially if I was getting paid ), but it can be pretty relaxing work because it's methodical in some parts and you have to be adept in others. Such as repairs and catching loose horses ( that I am very good at seeing mine keep getting loose ).
And my mother wants to get me a car. Oh bother . . . it's be nice, but paying for it? I really need a job. XP
