APPARENTLY DANISH IS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
It is no secret I was expecting visitors from abroad this week and one was so keen to meet me she arrived a day before;)
So ellydee27 - Eli - arrived Sunday and stayed here for the night….apparently my movie collection is so bad that she might never return….
But I had a great time with her that Sunday.
Monday we went and picked up garvaldmains - Dix - and her daughter Briony found their hotel and got them settled on before going to town.
Our first stop was ”Nadia’s Sandwich shop”. They have great food and we spend a lot of time getting to know each other….one of the first things Dix asked me, was whether my parents knew about J2 and slash!!!!! That was a big NONO!!!
We then wandered around the town for a couple of hours before heading in different directions. I went shopping and then home to prepare dinner for the foreigners.
They arrived way before time, so they got to work too;)
Ate, drank wine, talked and laughed, watched SPN, talked and laughed, and High School Musical, talked and laughed………..

Went to bed way to late;)
Tuesday was Zoo day. The weather was fine, not to cold and not snowing.
The zoo is a great place and we have lot of exotic animals including treesoning poi frogs…or poisonous tree frogs;)
Spend around four hours looking at animals, talking and laughing…

Dinner was at my parents, and that was a great success…my parents loved the foreigners and they absolutely ADORED Briony and wants to adopt her;)

My dad was the designated driver for the week, and he enjoyed it. What amazed him the most was the way we would sit and talk and then somebody would break into song and the rest of us would just join in;)
