Exciting NIght in the Neighborhood...
Okay, so...Gretchen, make sure to thank God when you read this. I had just parked the car in the driveway and was getting out when out on the street near my house I hear what sounds like a car crash. I get inside and I tell my dad, and he tells me it is just fireworks...Okay bull shit. So I go outside and hear people yelling about a gas line being broken and to back up. Then come the sirens and stuff...Apparently it was a hit and run. Only it was a passenger who ran, and on foot, the idiot. someon hit a gas line, so that is dangerous. And very flashing light in the city is o my block. There is a man hunt, and by the fact that the hilicopters left and I heard a lot of sirens, my guess would be they found the guy. And this was 2 hours ago now. but the best part was being in my room when the cops and their dog come shining their flashligts on my bedroom window as I change...comforting. More tomorrow. Oh yeah, the cats are freaking out..not a good sign.
