he he,i have not written anything on here in God only knows how long,but it came to my mind today so i am doing.and it wont be long and it wont even really be interesting but that is why its my journal and not yours.Anyways.I got on here to find a list of ingredients to make katies alfredo sauce and thats what brought me here,so i am going to attempt to make that we will see how it goes,i think i wanna make some kinda steak with it.im so tired of chicken.anyway i promised it would'nt be interesting and i think i have managed that now for the short part. . .bye
