Some of you are aware of my geeky gaming background. Today my therapist told me about how, in the fifties, doctors used to tell patients to "make up a character" to pretend to be.

I told him it was probably out of style, but that, well, I could do that, and with style, as I'd had some practice. If he liked, I said, I could come up with a dramatic history and alternate moral structure for the new me. And at my workplace, I could probably get away with adding a costume. After all, today I heard my boss call out, "Yeah, zombie density is good!" and that was relevant to his job.
We are, quite obviously, not pursuing any such archaic lines of treatment, but it's fun to think about. I need a name first, as Laurie just doesn't have the right sound for a Warrior Poet Queen and International Jewel Thief.
