Life has been busy lately.  I've been pretty swamped at work because of academy leaders duties and serving on a new discipline task force; also, we've been practicing with the cheerleaders four days per week.  Their JamFest routine is really not coming together and we're worried.  There may not be anyone else in our division, but if there is, just about anyone could beat them right now.  If they make the decision to step it up, they'll be fine.  If not, I don't know.

This weekend, Mike and I went wedding band shopping.  He was fairly set on titanium until he learned more about it, so he's thinking about some other metals as well.  He likes the price of titanium, though.  :o)  I had been looking at a band with a channel diamond setting.  Most of them I thought were too big because I don't like a lot of diamond, but I found some I like.  The only problem is that the setting on my ring creates a gap between the ring and the band.  I could always have it set in a Tiffany setting so it works, though.  Anyway, I will likely end up buying a white gold band with a channel diamond setting and 1/4 c. of diamonds so that it's small.

This weekend is Spring Training weekend!  Nate and Tabetha are joining us this year from Daytona.  (Last year, Mike's brother and his friend Jess were here.)  We'll be driving down to Lakeland (about an hour) for a Tigers game; I actually don't know who they're playing.  Anyway, the other reason we love going to Lakeland is because afterwards, we can go to Mongolian Barbecue!  So that should be a fun day.  Unfortunately, I can't find a Tigers shirt that I like and fits me.  I might go to Gap and get navy blue and orange tank tops.  Hmmm.
