Here at the SRI, we simply cannot emphasize enough that the most important question to ask yourself,
in regard to hypnotic endeavor, is:
What would Dracula's daughter do?
Wow, I've never seen a clip as beautiful as that, nor as compelling!
Shorter meditations that Shirley M has available on her website, might even be still accessible for listening in the free non-members part of it. There are two of them, called Breezy Cliff and Babbling Brook, and they are not in the same intro-plus-seven-sections-based-on-the-chakras that most of her guided meditations are. They are beautiful little pieces, of about a quarter hour each, that you could listen to at your wrrk, or whenever you want to re-center and calm yourself and energize your optimism and strength.
Often do I wonder where Mark & Jim are, and how they're doing........
