Why do films and television shows made in 1964
have an extra special meaning to me? Well, partly for obvious personal history reasons
and also for the reason that it's an interesting time between the jazzy hipster kitsch of the 50s and the colorful groovy splash that infused even family fare in the late 60s.

Sure, modern kitsch is fine, but this is the new millenium!
We won't settle for anything bettier than post-modern, as in today's greeting from Ukulady.
