My ipod crapped out on me, so I took it to the apple store. After doing exactly what I'd already done on my computer to try and fix it, the "genius" there looked up my warranty and told me that it expired. He said he could give me 10% off a new one, which is bogus.
It's impossible to find anyplace that sells the non-color click wheel ipods anymore. That makes me so goddamn angry. I do not have $300 to spend on a new ipod with a color screen I don't need and features I won't use.
