New fanfiction
Hey there pipsters! So, long time lurker here, first time posting. Just wanted to tell you all that you are one of my favourite corners of the internet. There is not enough Piper/Trickster love out there.
I saw all the news about the Rogues Bang, and I considered joining, but I honestly don't trust myself with deadlines, and considering that I haven't writte anythin in like, two years, I decided to postpone making any commitments to which I can't fully promise anything. However! It did kind of inspire me to start writing again, and I decided to start with something I've been considering for a long time. I'm only finished with the prologue so far, and it's short, but the chapters will be much longer, and I have a lot of inspiration. I wanted to write something that picks up directly after Countdown ended, with Piper in Gotham, and I found the comparison between him and Jason Todd's spread interesting. So while this story is ultimately Piper/Trickster, it also has some Piper/Jason, and it will also deal with some of the psychological ramifications of exploding planets, false accusations and dragging corpses around deserts. Oh, and Gotham, which is a warning all on it's own.
That being said, I would love to finally be able to contribute to this wonderful community, even if it's only with a 460 word prologue. Hope you guys and girls enjoy.
