The Fanfic Rec Post
Okay, here it is! As a celebration of the comm's creativity over the last five years, I thought it would be cool if everyone could use this post to rec one piece of fanfic from our history. It'll also be a great start for those new to the comm! Don't feel you have to get it done today, btw. We've plenty of time for celebration :-).
Make sure that you mention the author's name, the fic's name, and a little about why you like it. Otherwise, anything goes!
The Rogues are Timelords by runenklinge
This is a recent fic that was posted up for the crossover challenge, but I wanted to rec it because it's just terribly clever. It's obviously a crossover with Doctor Who, but you don't really need to know a whole lot about the show to get the central premise, and the back stories for all the characters, and especially for Trickster, are kind of awesome. It's just a lot of fun, and well written. What more do you need?
