Howdy guys! I was just talking with one of my friends about fanon quirks, and I had an epiphany. It seems like there are certain milestones a fan community must experience to come across as legitimate and established, and I'm not certain our comm has one of the biggies: tentacle porn. Sex pollen, but I'm pretty sure that's been done (the joys of having a fandom where it's canon). I think there was a post in the promptathon where they adopted a kid, so that's covered. We've seen quite a few AUs, but Piper and Trickster tend to be criminals or heroes in most of them--we could use a Regency romance, ordinary jobs AU, and a high school AU (I have a college AU with them as supporting characters, but that might not count).

The early sex-pollen fics in this fandom are some of what convinced me to come over and check out the Pipster. I've done Greek Mythology AU and Werewolf AU. Does Steampunk count for slightly-post-Regency? Because I've done that too...

Also, Auxiliary Lanterns AU and its counterpart, Open Corps AU.

Coming out of semi-hiatus to say that Syn and I started on the tentacle porn angle as of - oh - October? November? Last year.

Mostly courtesy of Neron. Thank you, canon tentacles! <3 If you have a y!Gallery account, you may have seen some of the stuff we were happy enough with to post? We'll, er, colour stuff eventually. I even planned out different tentacle types for future abuse at Neron's...limbs! (Although I did forget the canon hand!tentacles, d'oh!)

Oh, and we also commissioned some tentacle guro from LoliKing. Because we're us.

Yeah, um. I read way too much hentai during a formative period in my youth... At some point there will be eggs, and orgies, and inflation, and mind-controlled!crossdressed cop-molesting?

lol well i guess that settles that. for some reason, i strangely feel better about our fandom knowing tentacle stuffs has been covered.

Well then, I'm glad to be in a western fandom where tentacle rape makes everything brighter.

I think that Lantern!AU is required in all DC-related fandoms. Of course, we've already tackled this with Indigo!Piper and Spphire!James. Always glad to see more of it, since I write GL as well.

I actually have a doodle bunny going on that I need to do...I'll post it tomorrow because I won't be home until much later this evening and I don't have a scanner I have access to on campus.

I've been in a rut since my tablet cord finally snapped on Xmas Eve. Haven't drawn, written, or sewn almost anything since, and nothing worthwhile. Even talking plotbunnies with Syn and getting a brand spanking new Intuos 4 hasn't helped! D:

I also haven't read from the Prompt-a-Thon since October, except that one from the first one where Piper fights Music Meister. Have to get those notes down pat, right?

It doesn't help that Supernatural and AssCreed have split my attention as well.
