I'm posting this a little earlier than the rest, because I'm ill and impatient and want to see people's reactions. So sue me :-).

This chapter is the longest of the lot, and also the darkest, so do be wary if that worries you. Ironically, it's also the most illuminating character-wise, so we'd really like to see your comments on it. Thanks so ( Read more... )

Okay, can I just say that you write delirious very well? You really do.

As horrible as this sounds, I admit to having chuckled at a lot of Trickster's fevered ramblings, especially the onion and stolen door parts. And then promptly sobered up once we got to FranticAndRegressed!Trickster. Ouch.

Can't wait to read the rest of this!

BTW, were you the person who wrote The Piper and the Gunsmith? Or the Conversation fic trio? For some reason, I keep thinking you are...

Thanks :-). And I think greenygal had a similar reaction to delirious!Trickster. I'm not sure what that says about me :-).

I indeed wrote all of them (I fear I've written a lot of the Piper and Trickster fic on the web *grins*). What did you think of them?

Ah, I was right! Yay. ^_^

What did I think of them? Well, after I got over the few minutes of delirious glee at finally finding Trickster&Piper-related fics on the web, I remember my reactions to both of the fics were good ones. The Conversations trio had me laughing at certain points (mostly in the second piece, where Trickster decides that it would be fun to flop in Piper's bed while he's asleep and let poor Piper have flip out over the implications of that when he wakes up [which, if I remember, he does, briefly]).

The Piper and the Gunsmith was a lovely piece, one of my favorite comic!fandom fics so far. I enjoyed seeing the two of them in a completely different setting, while still maintaining their basic Piperness and Tricksterness. The bit where Fauna eavesdrops on Piper and G having their private conversation towards the end was incredible sweet (in a not-sacchrine way ( ... )

I'm glad you liked them both. The Piper and the Gunsmith especially is one I spent a lot of time on; it's kinda cool that more people are discovering it now!

bobbling is the act of shaking someone back and forth in a violently comedic manner a la Bugs Bunny whilst demanding they WRITE MOAR! :sparkles:

I love where this fic is heading. It actually gets angster and darker and I'm really intrigued by Trickster's fear of being controlled. Poor boys.

Can't wait for the next part.
