Looks like I may end up being a sales agent for United First Financial here pretty soon. It's a company that sales finance programs that will typically lower a 30 year mortgage rate by 20 years without spending any extra money, it actually saves you a ton of money off the interest you would have paid on your mortgage (on at typical 200k house, think along the lines of saving 150k in interest). The program is GREAT and I will be going on it as well as selling it. If all goes to plan and I finish my training, I'll be offering a $50 spif for any referrals I get, it's simple, you know someone with a mortgage, they talk to me, they buy the program, you make $50 for just giving me their name.
