This is really random
I know it's been almost a year, but I thought I'd update how Jake and I are doing. We are both officially done with undergraduate school! I'm definitely not going back, but Jake may end up going to school again. For now we are living back in Cleveland with my parents. Yes it sounds soo lame to be living at home, but we're gonna be able to save a ton of money and hopefully skip renting and be able to buy a house this time next year. It's not so bad, we basically have the basement to ourselves with a living room area (with the pool table =, a separate bedroom with a bathroom off of it. So it doesn't feel quite as lame as it sounds, ha ha.
Jake and I are both working too! That is a huge stress relief. I feel really happy that we both had jobs about a month and half after graduation. I think that's pretty good. Jake is working at the place that he interned at. He is an organizer of trails and he will also work with the schools. He seems to be liking it. And he likes the people.
I got a job as an office manager. It's for a small company in Rocky River. I just started this past Monday and I think I'm gonna like it. I'm just glad to not have to job search anymore!
So things are good right now. I really do feel blessed because I think both Jake and I found jobs that seem to be good fits. We're just enjoying life right now. It's hard to believe we've almost been married for a year (July 29). Everyone says it's still the honeymoon. I guess that's true, but I think we have seen some of real life of being married. And I still like him so that's good ;)
