Day One: Training

Is it me, or does the whole "orientation and company policy" part of training REALLY REALLY BLOW?

Tomorrow will be "call center" "customer service" and more proprietary application stuff.

BLAH.

Bring on the actual support apps and let me at 'em!

I will say this: the place is a hell of a lot more relaxed than Comcast.
