Brand new without tags from Charlotte Russe, size medium. Elastic backing, very light weight, flowy, and comfortable. Lining on the inside as the outside layer is a bit sheer, which just makes it more adorable.

I have this in another color that I wear all the time. It's short, sexy, comfortable and awesome.
