25 -- Chanting Mushrooms
Now these are something I've never seen before. Talking mushrooms? I suppose it makes as much sense as anything else here. But I have a bad feeling...something's going to happen soon.
Mm, thank you to whomever left the deer in the kitchen. Kind of like antelope, really. It was nice to have fresher meat again, even if it seemed to terrify some of the other residents. I can't imagine why.
But there's something else new moving in the mansion, something small and sounding similar to the kittens others have brought in. But between the boy running around in some sort of a...costume, and all the regular sounds of the mansion, I can't figure out anything more. Perhaps I shall go investigate. That is, as long as the mushrooms don't do anything stranger than chant.
