I Had The Best Weekend Ever!!!
Over the weekend I spent my time chilling on Crystal Lake. For those who dont know where that is or what it is, you sure are missing a lot. It is my favorite place in the whole world and I only get to go there once a year so I cherish every moment I get. This year was a lot different then past years. Most of the time its a week long camp with about 100 people. This year being the young adult retreat there was only 15 of use for only a weekend and for some reason I liked it more. I mean I wish I still got my full week but it was nice having a smaller group because I got to get closer to people I have gone to camp with since middle school. If that wasnt great enough we had the pleasure of having Beau Underwood as our speaker and if you dont know who he is you should find out because he is one of the best spekers I have ever listened to and a pretty good euchre player too. During the weekend I experienced two of the greatest things in the world. The first is that I helped put out the dock that for so many years before I had enjoyed and now I was helping in bring joy to others. Second on our last night we stayed up talkign for hours and then at like 1 in the morning we all decided to go lay on the deck and watch the stars. That experience made me feel like I am not alone in this world and that I actually have a purpose. So until next year she will stay hidden to me until I am once again able to return to my sweet Crystal Lake.
