Halloween in Hollyhood
About to celebrate my first Halloween in Hollywood...I'm not sure what to expect, aside from the general insanity of everyday LA, only magnified 10-fold.
Again, I will be dressed as Hyakurin from the manga Blade of the Immortal and will be forced to awkwardly explain to goths and drag queens what the fuck I'm supposed to be. I'm just going to simplify it by saying I'm a Japanese comic book character. And if they ask for specifics, I'll tell them I'm an assassin. Oh well, at least I have a decent wig this year, compared to last year's $5 tragedy.
I am also obsessed with Back to the Future and its sequels. Loved them as a kid and I love them even more as an adult. There really needs to be more young Biff x Marty slash, dammit!
Speaking of slash, Star Trek: The Next Generation is still my favorite show.
God, I really need to get crackin on some art and try to get into some shows. Ugh, so much to think about, but I'm too damn tired for it.
