Extraordinary things
This was a pretty ordinary,normal and boring week, but something really good happen that get me out of my boredom....
16 years ago I was living in Venezuela, then we move to El Salvador. Sadly I lost contact with all my friends in Venezuela. I was in primary school and internet was unknown to us :(
So...this week I got a message on my facebook, it was one of the friends from Venezuela!!! Go figure....I have been looking for all of my friends on the internet, I even join a group from ex- alumni from my school in Venezuela, but I had not find anyone....and then she writes this message to me out of nowhere, after randomly looking for me on the web :)
I'm really happy, her message took me back in time, that same day I took out my photo albums, scan some photos and share the photos with her.
Internet is really cool, and is amazing how much one can get used to it when just years ago I knew nothing about it.
It really improves our lives, not only with knowledge but keeping us in touch with the ones we love and care about, even if they are far away from us, connecting us to the ones we have lost contact with so long ago, and helping us to make friends all across the world! :D
I sounded like an internet ad, didn't I?....Well I'm just happy to be in contact with all of you, and, in some way, being part of your lives too :)
