Adieu
So it is 3 AM and I leave here in approximately 13 hours. Until then, I have lots to do. Today was one of the most incredible days of my life. I got some of the most amazing compliments from some people I really admire, and it made me feel so great on my last day. I also had to say goodbye to Dr. Nordlund's kids, which was incredibly difficult. What do you say to a couple of seven year olds that understand that you are not coming back? I do not feel like I am leaving, for I have been here so long it really does feel like my home. I have no idea what it is going to be like at my real home, but I am optimistic. I love Spain and everyone I have met here, but it is my time, and I know I will never forget this place and all it has done for me. Besides which, I am going to see Brandon in 24 hours, for the first time in nine months. What more could I have to look forward to?
