I've heard Veles' Black Hateful Metal a few times, I enjoyed it a fair bit. There's been some really great Black/Folk Metal from Eastern Europe past few years.

Black Hateful Music & Towards the Frozen Stream are both quite good.. they're like one of the few nsbmish bands I can stand. Einherjer's Dragon of the North is also quite a good folk album...

Yeah, I tend to stay away from NSBM but there's just a few Folk/Black bands like Nokturnal Mortum and Temnozor that I really like purely for the music.
