Snowed In!
Possibly I may live to regret this, but I am now on LiveJournal. I know, I know, what am I THINKING? Don't go thinking this means I'm going to start joining Facebook or Myspace or some other such nonsense, though - Jesus, I'm not fourteen.
Anyway, I'm here so I have somewhere to post my stories other than FFnet, and so that my readers can come and say hello to me and discuss the stories with the writer and each other, if they want. Of course, if no-one wants to come and say hello, this will be rather more short-lived than I was expecting!
This is completely brilliant; it's a Monday morning, it's 9.54 a.m and I should be at work, but I'm SNOWED IN! This has never happened to me as an adult, mostly because I've lived in London for the last eleven years and you can almost always still get in to work. If I lived in the countryside or East Anglia, I'd get several snow days each winter, I'm sure.
Fuck it, I'm going to go and take a picture of the snow, just so anyone reading this who lives in, say, Canada, can point and laugh and say, "Call that snow?"
Oh, re: Chapter 9 of "Biscuits", I'm currently rather struggling with inspiration, but if it helps, Chapter 10 is already finished. Yay!
