Okay I just found out that the man that directed my favorite 80's movie of all time Ferris Beuller's day off has passed away.
John Hughes also directed The Breakfast Club another movie that stands out IMO as another one of the greatest movies of the 80's.
When I first saw the breakfast Club I wanted to go to school with those kids and when I saw Ferris Beuller for the first time I wanted to know how he could make skipping school so easy.
When I skipped school I could never find anything so cool to do like going to a baseball game or impersonating Abe Froman the sausage king of Chicago.
When I did skip school I did tell people that I was pulling a "Ferris Beuller " Most people didn't get it.
I know that there are many great Directors now a days but I believe that No one will ever direct movies the way John Hughes did.
