(no subject)
hello friends. it's 10:56 a.m. and i'd just like to let you all know that my day is off to a horrible start. first it began with a 9 am TA session with a pop quiz. i got 6/10. yay. then i walked all the way over to the co-op for a book for my children's lit class. it was not there. it was also out of stock at B&N. you know why? b/c no one freaking cares about reviewing children's books, they just want to read them and enjoy life. then i walked down to einstein's and got bagels upon bagels, after which the cashier overcharged me b/c she couldn't hear my order correctly. she had also previously taken a drink out of her cup and spilled half of it down her shirt so... anyway. then i walked back to jester to borrow the stupid book from kathy and then as i tried to read it and simeotaneously walk back to my room (i have the class today) i hardcore stubbed my toe on a doorstop. i walked up 3 flights of stairs in shock as my big toenail hung off by a spindle and blood oozed onto my mandal. plus i was really sweaty.
now i prepare for a 12-4 block of class and no lunch with my lunch buddies who are all going to j2. i also have to go to a lecture on poverty in american film at 5. im sure that'll be a bright end to the day.
but enough whining, i am also happy to annouce that my favorite time of the year has arrived: limited time pumpkin schmear, bagels, muffins, and whatever else you can dream of are back at einstein's bagels. i already ate a plain bagel with pumpkin schmear while i was sitting at my desk staring at my toe. yes, food can numb the pain.
FAT KID. ok i'll talk to you kids later b/c i still got a chinese test to study for, and a chapter to read in the next 40 minutes.
