oh kay. so. today in newspaper i was talking to brian about the stat AP test and how it was so not what we had expected it to be. and i was like, "didn't you feel like you were taking the SAT math test?" and brian was like, "well no... it wasn't that easy..." and then i was like "...." b/c
a)that's not what i meant
b)i actually thought the stat test was really hard
c)i actually thought the SAT Math section was pretty hard too
i remember in the 8th grade i rode the bus home every single day and i was practically the last bus stop too, so i never got home til practically 4:15. there was this REALLY annoying girl named Summer who rode the bus who thought she was ALL THAT b/c she did all these really risque things for an 8th grader like smoke(?) and dress like a goth. she always pretended like she was too cool for us but talked to us anyway b/c she had to, b/c let's face it, we were all on this bus ride together. one day as she was getting off she was all, "alright, i'm bailin'. i'll see you kids later." and i was like NO. you're not "bailing"! you're getting off the school bus b/c you have to, b/c you live here and you're in MIDDLE SCHOOL.
i dont know why i remember that.
things to do when no one talks to you at home (not in a bad/angry/neglectful way, but in a silent, very silent way):
.tan (shock and horror)
.eat chocolate chip cookies
.force mishel to go with you to the Y
.take bubble baths
."run errands" (i.e. shop) at walmart, target, etc.
.don't study for APs
.take Benedryl Allergy and Sinus to fall asleep
.eat hot pockets for breakfast and dinner
.screen phone calls
and of course, watch tv
mom comes home in 2 weeks.
